Our journey began as two well-established Wellington companies – Five Star Construction Ltd and Cladding and Flashing Installations Ltd. Having worked together closely for over 15 years, we witnessed significant growth in an increasingly complex environment. It became more evident that an integrated approach was needed, with a higher level of professional management. As such, Corporate Trades Ltd was established.

We aim for consistently high levels of professionalism via common management. Having one group of offsite specialists shared amongst a suite of trade companies lowers overheads and enables a level of service that exceeds the expectation of a medium sized residential trade company.
Our integrated approach benefits clients by reducing margins, reducing overheads, and reducing reliance on sub-contractors. It allows us to deliver higher quality services and consistency across all projects. We operate both commercially and residentially in the lower North Island.
